Returns policy


The delivery time is 2-4 working days from the date of taking your order (except for non-working days). This term may be modified for reasons beyond our control.
Delivery is made through a courier company, to the address indicated by the customer, within 2-4 working days since sending the order, and can reach the destination after a maximum of 4 working days.
If you would like to specify specific aspects of delivery (delivery time, landmarks, etc.), please write these things in the comments section before completing your order. At the time of sending the package, you will be notified by phone by us.
The products are delivered within the available stock. If one or more of the ordered products is no longer available, you will be notified. In some cases, the ordered product may be replaced with a similar product, if you agree.


If you wish to give up the products purchased from the website, you have the possibility to return them within 14 days since receiving the order, according to the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, on consumer rights in contracts made with the professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.
If any of the following clauses are found to be void or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the other clauses.


The intention to return must be notified on the website by phone or by e-mail, within 14 calendar days since receiving the package. The return will be made based on the return form filled in by the customer and sent to the e-mail address. In case of successive delivery of the order, a maximum period of 14 calendar days since receiving the last package in the order is taken into account. Following the return request, the courier company will be sent to the address indicated by the customer to pick up the returned package.
The customer will receive by e-mail the confirmation of receiving the return request as soon as possible. The courier company will be notified to pick up the package from the address indicated by the customer.


The website will reimburse the customer any amount received from the customer (less the cost of transport initially paid) based on the order made, within 10 working days of receiving the returned package. The refund method will be the same as the one by which the customer paid for the order, unless the customer requests another refund method.


Regardless of the return situation of the products, they must be in the same condition in which they were sent to the customer, in the original packaging with the labels intact and together with all the accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate etc.). The returned products must not be defective (except for the defects already reported by the customer in the correspondence with the website).


In the case of full returns, the customer receives the money for the returned products and the cost of the transport initially paid within 10 working days from receiving and validating the returned package in our warehouse.


If products other than those ordered were delivered to the customer or if the products do not comply with the information provided on the website at the time of ordering, the cost of return shipping is paid by In the event of any reason for return other than those mentioned, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
